Sarah Alley is a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner who provides comprehensive, evidence-based care for women across the lifespan. Since 2014, she has practiced in both general gynecology and gynecologic oncology, with a special focus on survivorship and long-term wellness. Her approach is grounded in patient-centered care, empowering women through education, active listening, and shared decision-making to support choices that feel right for their lived experience.
Sarah earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Illinois Wesleyan University, graduating cum laude. She went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Illinois at Chicago, graduating summa cum laude. She is board certified in Women’s Health through the National Certification Corporation (NCC).
Sarah is an active member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health (ACOG/NPWH) and the American Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology (ASCCP). She also serves as adjunct faculty at Purdue University, mentoring nurse practitioner students in women’s health.
Outside of her clinical and teaching roles, Sarah is a registered yoga teacher who values holistic wellness and mindful living. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and their two children—hiking, skiing, and exploring the beautiful Reno/Tahoe region they call home.
