She specializes in supporting individuals struggling with anxiety and depression, as well as those experiencing challenges with communication, boundaries, and recurring patterns in relationships. As a trauma-informed therapist trained in EMDR, she provides a compassionate and evidence-based approach to healing.
She understands that life’s hardships can sometimes cause individuals to lose touch with their truest selves. Her therapeutic approach is collaborative, focusing on self-exploration and building the skills necessary for a joyful and fulfilling life—one that feels meaningful and whole.
